With over eight years in accountancy recruitment and seven years of hands-on experience in accountancy himself, Tom brings a deep understanding of the industry from both sides of the table. As a qualified AAT accountant, he uses his technical expertise to help firms navigate their hiring needs.

Tom has a passion for working closely with entrepreneurial founders, particularly in the start-up sector, where he thrives on solving complex recruitment challenges. Outside of Work:
When he’s not shaping the future of accountancy recruitment, Tom can be found on the football pitch playing for Goring United or at a local park run. Currently training for his first half-marathon, he has his sights set on completing an ultra-marathon in 2026.

Beyond business, Tom also knows a thing or two about balancing family and work—having built Oakdene Recruitment Ltd alongside his brother, proving that family and business really can mix (most days!)
