Since joining the world of recruitment in April last year, Chelsea has been passionate about connecting people with opportunities that align with their skills, aspirations, and values. With a strong academic background—a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology, an Honours in Psychology, and a Master’s in Psychology—she brings a deep understanding of human behavior to her role, helping candidates find firms where they truly feel at home.

What excites her most about recruitment is the chance to meet new people every day, learn about their unique journeys, and guide them toward roles that match both their professional goals and personal ambitions.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Chelsea spending time with family and friends, keeping active at the gym, or exploring local farmer’s markets.

A fun fact? She’s musically gifted and can play the piano, acoustic & bass guitar, and saxophone!
