Paige recently stepped into the world of recruitment, bringing her background in psychology and a passion for helping people find roles that truly excite them. After completing her undergraduate studies in Psychology and English in 2023, she went on to earn her Honours in Psychology in 2024.

What drives Paige in recruitment is the opportunity to connect with people, understand their career aspirations, and match them with opportunities that align with their skills and passions. Seeing candidates land roles that genuinely excite them is what makes her job so rewarding.

Outside of Work:
When she’s not helping candidates navigate their careers, Paige is likely by the water—surfing, sailing, or running along the coast. A fun fact? She holds an RYA Yacht Master Offshore qualification, so whether it’s careers or the open seas, she’s always charting the best course forward!
